2019 was a very exciting and successful year for Servicetrace. Leading market analysts worldwide recognize the added value of our products and our customer base keeps on growing. Large, globally active companies are consciously deciding to use our robotic solutions instead of other, more well-known competitive products.

This growth also leads to an ever-expanding Servicetrace partner network. In 2019, new partners were added in the UK, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Thus, we are starting the year 2020 with an expanded, now three-person, partner management team. The aim is to further grow business with our partners and to provide them with the best possible support in terms of marketing and sales.

Markus Duus, CEO of Servicetrace, explains: “Our partner network is the most important enabler for our growth. So far, we have driven our expansion primarily through our partners. In 2020, Servicetrace will also open offices in Dubai, Singapore, and Africa. We will bring new qualified partners on board in these regions as an additional growth lever.”
