The servicetrace service: Package options

Standard:

Our experts will connect to your environment on a monthly basis for approximately one hour and check the basic functionality of the ServiceTrace system in your environment. During this time online, routine administration is also undertaken. This is our standard package, and is included in any existing rental or maintenance agreement.

Medium:

In addition to the Standard package described above, this offers enhanced levels of care covering (eg): data integrity checks, report monitoring/customization/production, etc. The objective is that we guarantee you the delivery of pre-defined reports for any given data/metrics, as agreed. The scope of this service is reflected in the number of hours agreed per month, and priced accordingly.

Premium:

Includes the Standard and Medium services already described, plus additional services such as script development, system deployment, support for administration server and monitoring software clients. The pricing is based on the hours per month required to accomplish this higher level of service.
