Founded by Markus Duus in 2004, ServiceTrace GmbH provides ServiceTracer® software which includes a patented method for automated user simulation. ServiceTracer® reproduces GUI-based user activity for all applications. Operating as a virtual user, it works independently of any protocol and therefore without restrictions. Possible deployment scenarios include automation of routine processes, automation of software tests, and end-to-end monitoring of IT services with automated reporting.
